Stealth PayPal cash out method needed!!

Hello, so basically I'm selling some high risk items on eBay, but these items sometime get chargedback or requested a refund through ebay but it can happen a little bit down the road sometimes, so I want to know a way I can cash out the money without worrying about having the money pulled back from me. I use VBA and VCC on the accounts that cannot receive funds. Any suggestions on how to cashout and be all clear?

It's super high profits, and I would say its 1/10 refunds and depending on how things are going I will usually refund. But I just want a way to keep money if they do decided to refund further down the road. But usually Ill know if I dont get a message from the buyer within the first couple days.

you cant refund 6 months down the line, ebays refund policy is 30 days and i think paypal is 30 or 45 days if im not mistaken. So after those days Id be golden.

Paypal is 180 days.

Buy a few stealth PayPal accounts and basically launder the money through them. You will lose some money because of ebay fees and such but it does work.

How does the verification work? I see there is a different options of prices pre day, if I want to purchase bitcoins would I just buy the $15 per day option? Because I dont want to submit my ID or anything.

And I just use bank account numbers I open myself and get temporary debit cards from the bank.

You can cash out by linking to a legit bank. PayPal has no way to get your bank info without a court order, so you could just make multiple savings/checkings accounts and withdraw.

If your paypal name does not match your bank some time the bank does not accept payment. There are a lot of banks that do you just nee t find the right one for you.

Never transfer more than 70-80 percent out of you account. So if you have $100 there, make sure to leave at least $20-30. Thats a quick way to get flagged and lose it all.
