I personally don't think there is a big market for that.
Most just do cam sites or personal videos.

These days it's being done in snapchat, and you pay money to get the account username, or through Snap Cash(for those who don't know how to enable it, just verify your account with a usa number).

Buying Skype sex is a "thing", but I haven't heard of any platforms for it. Webcam porn websites work just as well, I guess.
 
Maybe create a website offering private shows or something? Besides that, I think most people go on webcam sites. Actually, maybe find a way to buy traffic or something to boost your rankings on a webcam site so then you actually show up for people. (I think it's a thing, but I could be wrong).
