[100$ Day] Amazon Affiliate - Ecommerce Website - Merch by Amazon

Hey all!

I'll use this thread to track progress on my journey and of course ask some suggestions.

So the plan is basically launch 2 complete stores with Woocommerce.
I will split my progress in stages, where I will jump to the next just when I finish all the tasks.

Already spent:
Store 1 theme: 59$
Store 1 plugins: 130$
Store 2 theme: 59$
Total: $248

Actual wallet: 168$ on Paypal

Monthly fees:
VPS: 85$ (I run 4 websites on it for friends so my end-cost is $68)
Proxies: 13$

I'm not planning to do more freelance so I need to move my ass off as I have around 2 months on hosting + proxies. If I don't reach it, I'll do some freelance to pay the costs.

I'm planning to monetise this store with custom printed products + AliExpress.

Stage 1 (Current)
(70%) Finish the website and create 40 custom products on print on demand services + Add Aliexpress Products.
(10%) Run 20 IG accs on a Global Project in the same niche until I get 50k on all accs together.
(60%) Create social media accs.
(100%) Install ecomm plugins (Cart Abandonment, etc)
Deadline: September, 25 (If I don't reach 50k followers on IG I will jump to stage 2 anyway)

Stage 2.
- Buy Followliker Pinterest + Tumblr Ed and run 10 accs on each
- Start promote the products on social media / Instagram Accounts
- Work on SEO

Stage 3.
- Facebook Ads
- Weekly newsletters
- Retargeting with Google Display & Facebook Ads

I'm receiving PHONE NUMBER CONFIRMATION in 3 accs. Already did 4 times and still receiving it after some time.

I'm giving away these accs. They both have around 4 months each and 10 followers.

Quick Update.

Website 1 -

2 accs - banned
3 accs phone verification - throw away

Now I have a solid work with follow liker. Will jump to 600 follow/day soon.

It's around 10% of followback, so I'm okay with it.


Website 2 -

Bought 5 keywords research for amazon. Waiting for them and I will buy articles for it

I also have an Amazon Merch account running on the background. I had 25 designs online and my rate was around 1 sale per day, around 5 dollars.
But I logged in today and I saw 14 sales in the last 7 days. Looks like one of my designs got a little "viral".

So I will update you guys on Merch by Amazon too.

Waiting to get tiered from 25 designs on to 100, so I will outsource 75 designs.

Damn I'm so happy. Don't know where I will find time to make or outsource 75 designs but I'll upload them as soon as I can.

Set on an old IG acc in this niche with 14k followers

I don't know if the Merch results will be consistent. If yeah I will spend much more in keywords/seo and outsource all the designs on Amazon.

For sure!

However instead of Shopify I'm building the Website 1 with Woocommerce.

Too bored of shopify and I was spending a lot on recurring paid apps. I spent 130$ on woocommerce plugins which can do the same thing as the shopify ones.

Lets see how it goes when I launch it!

I did not linked yet because the site is in maintenance mode. So I'm just growing up the accs.

My plan is to post random pics of the products on these 15 accounts with the product link in the bio and the @mainacc on the description!

Hopefully when I finish all the designs by September 25 I will have more than 50k on all accounts.

I will start using some designs from website 1 on Merch by Amazon with my own brand name. So it will help spread it a little and maybe earn some extra bucks by advertising the products on the instagram profiles.

- Did some tweaks on the website and adjusted a mockup for some products. See below:

- Got 5 main keywords
- Start writing the first article

Profit: $0

Merch by Amazon.
- Added 10 designs (Now I have 36)
- Added 2 amazon links to the Website 1 instagram accounts (Just 2 accs)
- Sold 18 shirts on the last 7 days

Profit: $141.00

Sorry for the delay.

I was doing some final exams and got off.

Also a sad thing happened today.

17 of my 20 IG accs were banned =/. All of them were running smoothly since 10 days ago and today I saw this bad thing. All the work in the trash lol

They were generating around 6 sales per day on Merch by Amazon

I will see what I will do next...
