Probably because they're banned on PP and ebay already for one, and also if they have a plan they want to start executing it right now and bank on it rather than wait six months and possibly have the [method] become obsolete.

There is plenty of free info on how to create accounts, and getting high limit accounts is pretty much trial and error, and no one is giving out those for free. However, it's been my experience that 10/1000 accounts are easy to create if you don't cut corners and those get the fastest limit increases, faster than bigger accounts you buy.

BTW, the location is important, right? I mean the Ebay reg'd from some Vietnam, Laos or Philipinnes is not as valuable as acc from EU country and even less valuable than native US acc. right?

I've heard advantages of both, depending on the item. For example they used to let Hong Kong accounts list obviously 100% fake items with no restrictions that us accounts never could.

The Hungarian fella with Cyprus based Ebay account and attached credit card to PayPal moved to Thailand and tried to run some sells from weekend market as he did back in Europe with crap from local flea markets.
After 1st complain from customer (not received) his Ebay account got suspended, and PayPal asked for new documents to verify that he is he. Sohe said "phook it!" and open new account locally with local bank etc.
Thats why I asked. Just curious.
