Which backlink strategy should i use to rank a new site?

Hello guys. I've been doing my amazon affiliates website, the keyword that i picked up has around 160000 searches per month and the dificculty on keyword revealer is 35. The site already have on-page optimization done but it's not on top 1000 yet. I've been reading a lot, like all those guides here on bhw, but i always see people saying different things. So i created this thread trying to find the way that i should take to have succeed ranking my website.

You said you completed on page. But I would like to know what did you done about off page? Your keywords has great search 160000 search per month. If you do off page properly you'll get top rank in google and another search engine.

I haven't started off page yet. That's the reason that i made this thread, to get some advices on how to do it. It's just because i'm really confused after read a lot of things

Build HQ content for outreach and content marketing. Those will be your white hat links.

Buy a few PBN links.

Build manual web 2.0 to that first tier. Drip feed all of it. Don't just buy/build all your links in one month.

1) Build 5 to 10 Web 2.0, only brand anchor text or naked url.
2) Blast 500 to 1000 gsa contexture links to these web 2.0 with bunch of relevant keywords.
3) Rest for one or two weeks and see how the ranking goes.
4) If it rank from nowhere to top 100, it is a good sign, or the niche is too competitive.
5) Buy some high tf and da quality links from bhw, or build it yourself. Stick to 5% anchor text.
6) Rest for a month and see how the ranking goes. It should be in top 30 if the competitive is low.
7) Repeat 5 and 6 if your site still not rank on top 3.
