How to automatically respond to Tweets?

Hi everyone!

I'm wondering if there is a bot/script that enables me to instantly respond to every tweet that the people I follow post.

Example:

Account 1 posts a tweet, and a few seconds later my own account responds to that tweet with a pre-set message.

I actually sell a script as a service that's exactly what you're looking for. So let's say Donald Trump or random celebrity XYZ sent a tweet; the script responds with a reply to that tweet in milliseconds. Any tweet can be attached to a specific user you might want to target.
