I placed two orders; one in April and the other in June. The two sites I targeted used to occupy #1 spot for a few keywords and then had lost it by a couple of positions. This high TF network helped me regain those positions! I was able to check a couple of sites of the PBN (using some special tactics; sorry real life ) and I was really impressed by the domain metrics and article quality. Some of these sites didn't have articles posted after June 24th which means the OP keeps his word and limits articles posted on these sites. He doesn't keep adding articles one over the other and seems to be genuinely limiting # of OBL.

also if i buy 10 links now and decide to buy 10 links next month, you'll ensure they won't be placed on the same blogs but new ones, correct?

No, they're not regular blogs with spammy backlinks. The domains are carefully selected and many have links from impressive sites.

As it says in the OP:

All domains have been chosen for their legitimate, high-powered backlinks!
CLEAN!
All domains have been carefully checked for previous PBN usage, Chinese spam and junk!
