Thank you. I would not advice shortners unless theire on your own server and you can manage the settings etc...

I would say don't ... I didt it also and very bad expierence.
Just buy it add publisher networks (for example: Exoclick,Avazu etc..)

I didn't see popads.net yet, they aren't that bad, I use them a lot.

Would not recommend Popads, loads of traffic but the quality is sh*t
