Need Reliable U.S. Proxy Gateway That Rotates IPs behind the Gateway

I need a U.S. Proxy service that operates as a gateway and rotates the IPs for me (either per connection or up to every 10 or 15 min.)

Tried Storm Proxies using their 3min gateway and just keep hitting too many dead proxies.

I'm probably now off to ProxyRack, but I have a feeling I'm going to run into the same issue as Storm. Seems these services that can rotate the IP every http connection are relying on a peer network sort of like torrent networks where the reliability and speed of the proxies varies wildly.

Mostly such services are crap due to heavy sharing of ips instead better to hire some private proxies that is used by you or shared with couple users.

The connections in this type of service may be slow since many users "on the line" at the same time, and also by the fact that proxies are swapped quite frequently, multiple users can use them at high load. Nevertheless, this kind of services can be useful, but for specific purposes. What are your needs, for what would you like to use a proxy? Perhaps a better solution will be private proxies...

We at storm proxies had that issue during several days, but it is fixed long time ago. Give it a try now.
