Clickbank sales not registering?

Hello all, I'm new to this whole affiliate marketing business and jumped in with a clickbank offer. I cloaked my link with a domain redirect and have made 4 sales the past two days. I have proof that four sales were made. Only two are showing up. Is there any way that these wouldn't register, such as being in an incognito window to prevent cookies or something?

What's your proof and do analytics show at least 4 order form impressions and at least 4 submits. Because they can never lie about submits and impressions (cause you can click and see the data yourself in real time, without filling any of the fields), if you have less than 4 submits, 4 sales were not made.

I have the pdf files they sent me with yesterday's date from the clickbank vendor I linked them to.

If you are absolutely 100% certain that there were four sales and you can prove it, I'd take legal action, this is straight up stealing and financial fraud.

I am 100% certain all four purchased it after I linked them to it.

I wasn't sure if something as simple as being in an incognito window that blocks cookies would prevent sale credit and I just got unlucky. I'm just hesitant of looking for more sales with this happening.

I haven't checked all the browsers out there, but usually incognito mode will just store cookies in a different temporary folder and then erase them eventually.
This means that clickbank and others affiliate programs would still be working in incognito mode.
You can verify this entering your own hoplink in incognito mode. If in the check out page the link is showing, the sale would be accredited

Yeah, I just tested it in incognito mode, showed my affiliate link on purchase page. I put in a support ticket with clickbank, not sure what exactly it will resolve.

You can't really be sure the sales were made unless you spoke to the people and told you they have bought the products Or you are the one who made the four sales.

I'm looking for a car to purchase, and have requested vin audit reports for the vehicles I'm interested in. Four people have provided the reports after I requested them, from vin audit. I have the emails showing the date and time requested, and the pdf versions of the reports showing that they were pulled from vin audit after I requested them.

They might have not brought vin reports using your affiliate url. For example, you sent them your affiliate url, they clicked and remembered the web-site, then several times later navigated to that site using another browser & brought it.

I'm remember reading somewhere that clickbank cookie is good for 24 hours. Is this not the case?
