I'm pretty curious on this subject myself.

What do you guys use? are there better companies to do dropshipping with in UK specifically (since they speak english)

It seems to me that it has 0 chance of selling significant volume when your shipping times are 2 to 6 weeks.

A few of the big Chinese sellers on AliExpress have local warehouses in Europe and can get you stuff in less than 14 days.

You just have to go and do a LOT of research and will have to always keep track what they have in stock locally and what is back in China.

In conclusion, if you can find an AliExpress shipper that keeps some of the stock locally, you will have the best of both worlds. You will have the amazing Chinese prices with the European speed of delivery.

Cool. Although hard to compete in a market where 2-3 days delivery is the norm.
I have found a few warehouses and manufacturers that do dropshipping in UK, although it's a bit tricky to start as we have to deal with returns ourselves hehe.

This, sometimes you can get it quicker.. But as long as your customers know its a "Very in demand product so shipping might take x amount of days" you should be fine. Set the expectations.

I have seen people take an aliexpress product and sell it for 500% ROI

However, all those people manage local warehouses (which is a hard task!) and deliver the product next day.
They spend more money on marketing than on the product itself

Oh, in EU is very hard to do this legally.

if you want to sell something in EU you have to import it first, so you need all the paper work wich you can`t get from dropshipping, also you if you ask any accountant it is imposible to pay taxes because you should pay chinese taxes and then taxes for country you sell in... At least that was my experience.
