Ok, service finish and i want to give my review of the service:
First of all, i ask him if he could work with spanish website, and yes he can. He translate some articles and use them as the main of tier 1. Are not bad, and for the money i cannot expect more.
All the tiers were done as expected, and even if not inside the period of one time, he contact me telling me he was going to delay just one days. Good thing that we dont see a lot in this kind of services.
Sure i will buy again soon

- Quality of articles (About us, Privacy Policy) very good prepared HQ, a lot of images everything prepared manual so great work.
CONS:
-from 35 WEB 2.0 Sites (7 are lower than 30 DA) (5 lower than 40 DA and higher than 30DA) rest are good higher than 50 DA
