My pp account got limited , and whenever i try to " confirm my identity " via phone , i get this error "this Number doesn't appear to be registered in your name" , how can i fix it?

A different PayPal accounts is using that phone number? - Or if you have a subscription, make sure your PayPal name is the same as your phone subscription
