There are so many of them it is hard to only recommend one or two. Insane Dollars, juicy ads come to mind.

Personal tip: go to website called EasyXSites (lol not mine) check it out. When you register you will see that they offer you to import content from their affiliates. You can copy those links and join those porn affiliate programs and then use them wherever you wish.
Plus you get real and legal porn content from them

Besides, you can use EasyXSites as a free hosting for your porn tube site. Just an idea..

It's hard to imagine someone got turned down by CR, but if there's a real reason for that - such as crappy, non-existent site ... you may have the same problem with these other networks. I think you can be losing money to write off CR just because one application got denied. I encourage you to find out why you were denied, fix it, and re-apply. It will help you earn more money with these other networks you join as well.
