Do anyone have experience promoting cpa offers on Facebook ads, bing ads, or Youtube ads? I've promoting my cpa offers on Youtube ads and got over 1K views on my video but zero leads so i need some help here guys?.. By the way, my niche is free giveaways like iPhones/Samsung Galaxy phones.

Yes they do, but mostly not direct way, that is an complete different thing if we are advertising with adwords.
It is not like if you create a campaign and use affiliate link, dont think adwords allow you.

I think it would be really tough promoting giveaway offers with paid traffic because those offers have payouts around $2. These days, it can cost $0.20 or more per click even if a keyword is long tail, so there is realistically no way of making an ROI on those margins.
