High Quality Backlinks to boost Youtube Video!

This guys channel has more or less "exploded" and I recenetly realized that this is in part from good backlinks.

Any way I can find out where he gets his backlinks from?


at - 842 referrers according to VidIQ I can assume they are not organic backlinks right?

Slightly unrelated, but how do you use VidIQ to view the number of referrers?
 
What you mean good back links? You said you can find out where he gets it, or was that a typo?
Maybe it hit organic shares?
Did you see how many shares on yt or google+ or upvotes it got?

well VidIQ show you ten of the referrers and I googled the video ID and could see that these aren't organic shares - one can just tell ;-) I would just like to know who the provider is as I saw this channel shoot from 6k to 100k subs in a fairly short timespan...

Just install the chrome extention and you can see all the data when you open a video on youtuber to the right

All those referrers you see are automatic video featuring sites.
The ones that re-feature YouTube videos and put their own ads beside them.
 
Idk maybe he bought subs, but I do think he buys views for his videos. Seeing as he is a travel channel and he states in one of his videos his pictures get shared on buzzed, imgur, etc that his pictures are all over his social media, so i checked his Instagram and he has no pictures. His audience on instagram isn't much either less than 1k followers. Which raises flags because if you blow up that quickly to 100k subs on youtube you should at least get some traffic to your other social media.
Further investigation I checked the trend on social blade in respect to his videos. Some of his videos featured big youtubers with 1mil+ subs. but even those videos didn't get that many views. Honestly he maybe buys views when he uploads to get them started, and then when he ranks high he gets organic subs.
Also the vidiq says subs for the last 30 days was 11.4k however it is down 43% from last month, so last month he was getting 23k subs. Keep a eye on this trend if you want to know if he buys subs.

Do some more investigating and things will start to be clear.

May I know how you can tell his subs activity , is it analytics , vidIQ or social blade ?

My highest viewed video 300k views that i bouht a $50 serivce to rank boost, has 1.2k refferals... none of my other videos even have more then 20 refferals... avg 20k views so its something up with that right now i just want to know how to gain them on my videos, i bought 1k backlinkns from fivvr still hasn't shown up as refferals on my video according to vidiq..
