Can't seem to create adwords without suspension

I keep trying to create new adwords accounts, This last one I even created a test campaign to a website and just had some keywords, it even had some clicks. But then a week later, suspended. They never give a reason to and it pisses me off, they act like its HIPAA or something, can't tell me why my OWN account is suspended.
Not sure what to do, although coming to this sub forum looks like maybe I should try buying old/approved adwords accounts?
HOw much do those cost? I dont want to buy one if it's my IP that is the problem, and as soon as I log in or try to create a new ad it gets suspended again.

It can be your:-

IP Address.
Mac Address
Billing Information
Website
Campaign
Overall Ad Structure
Or Your Email addresses which are connected or linked to each other somehow(Like a Phone Number used to verify it)
Could be lot of other things my friend !

Yea and they dont tell you why! I dont care about the why now, I need to figure out how to do it. I have a legit website/business it will not get nearly as many calls from bing as google, how do I get or create an adwords account and pay and get clicks to my website. Would a 301 redirect work/fool them?

No a 301 redirect will not work. Just comply.

Do you have these on your site:

1. Privacy policy and TOS
2. Refund Policy
3. Payment policy (they made me include this, with PNG of the CC logos)

I had similar problems when I was a new advertiser. Just call the Adwords support phone number. 866-246-6453

They'll either get your account running or tell you what you need to comply with to avoid suspension. Just had to do it last week. I'm selling social media services. Fake followers and stuff like that. They suspended my account for "Dishonest Behavior". I was like "say what?"

I run a digital agency and already a Google Premier Partner, so Im well aware of their policies. I set up another account for the social media services website because I know that can be a gray area. But when I saw other advertisers showing ads for my keywords and selling the same types of services, I knew it was possible. Mind you, they attempted to argue with me and I stood my ground, and had legitimate reasoning to.

PS: (off topic) On a side note as an expert. Only use exact match and broad modifiers for "buying" keywords. Use single keyword ad groups. Thank me later

you can register new domain to your web site. you will add new domain to your web site on hosting panel.
301 redirect. don't make jokes consider "cloaking" instead if it will necessary.

It can be your hosting IP and now they have also started tracking whois information. If you had any domain banned before with same registrar change it also when you setup new ad also don't use same set of keywords

I keep reaching out to them and they just keep saying 'no further information will be provided' like, why dont you want my money? I think it may be from an old account I guess same info. But like, if it's an old debt somewhere I am unaware of, why wouldn't they just tell me that??

Based on all the anecdotes I hear about suspensions appealing is not even worth your time. They don't even bother reading appeals and send back automatic replies.
