Total noob question: Instagram with private proxies

I'm sorry to ask something that must be so incredibly obvious to everyone here ... but I'm a noob, long-time lurker, looking to get started here, so I'd appreciate some very basic advice.

I'm planning to operate enough Instagram accounts to require private proxies. I'll be buying PVA Instagram accounts and buying private proxies, and using FollowLiker (or a similar program). There are plenty of tutorials on how to connect your Instagram accounts to private proxies and use them in FollowLiker.

However, I'm struggling with the start: How do you get your Instagram accounts set up (with the picture, bio, etc.) you want in the first place? I can't do this over my own IP; I'll be using too many accounts, so I'd think they'd get banned. Can I do that over the private proxy somehow too?

Sorry again, I know this is something that probably should be obvious, but I've been reading the forums here and just haven't found an answer to this very, very basic question. I really appreciate the help!

Use VPN on your phone to setup your accounts. IG can't know your real ip.

Of course you can,you need to actually,you should buy some quality proxies and work with that don't bother if it is obvious or not,bettrer ask than to get banned.

Once I buy the proxies, do I just figure out how to set one to run on my laptop and set up the Instagram account from there? And then, once my one, two or three accounts on that proxy are set up, switch my laptop to another proxy?

Followliker has an account editor module that will use your proxies or you can use bluestacks + proxifier.

FollowLiker and Massplanner both have a module for Instagram account editing that will take your proxies. Very easy. Otherwise as you say, you can load in your proxy on your own laptop in the browser and edit them from there, should you end up with a bot that don't have account editing as a feature.
