Looks great. One question though: why would one pay for the backlink tool is we have combines like Ahrefs or SERPstat that provide backlinks analysis along with search analytics?
Hi thanks for your question, Included is over thirty metrics such as language, topic, type of linking site(web 2.0,wordpress site, forum etc),text metrics word/sentence/paragraph count, location on page of backlink to name a few. This allows you to do a deeper level of analysis very quickly that otherwise would take quite some time to complete.
one example say you were purchasing a domain either for you blog network or even a money site from a domain auction, you could use the following metrics to check there was nothing wrong with the backlink quality.
language- check if there is a irregular amount of backlinks from other languages than the websites actual language
platform type- Are the backlinks from platforms that are regularly spammed such as pligg or does it consist of backlinks that are easily made such as web 2.0.
Location on page- how much of the backlinks are profile links or comments
Spam links- does the webpages linking to you also link to other webpage such as adult/pills sites.
and then of course there's the normal stuff such as anchor, follow, domain ext, number of outbound links on backlink page you could use.
one example of how you could use just some of the features hope this help thanks
I was lucky enough to catch a review copy. All day long I had been testing the software with my own sites and my friend's site. So far, the software looks great and carefully developed, I am highly impressed. Everything passed smoothly and quickly. Everything is logical, clear and transparent. It's a very convenient tool. Highly recommended for any SEO specialist for back-link monitoring.
My only wish is to add charts tab in order to get express visualization such as anchor percentage distribution, domain zones distribution, etc.
Thank you very much and good luck with your sales!
thanks your review is appreciated, regarding the feature requests the detail views for anchor percentage distribution, domain zones distribution, etc are shown in tables rather than charts like the rest of the details views is because there would be too much info for say all the anchors to be shown in a pie chart. What I could add is Top anchors, Top Domain zones and show these in a chart as a separate detail view. Similar to what were doing for domain zones in the overview report.
interested to know your thoughts as I think it's a good idea.
My review:
I received a review copy and have been messing with it. I like it a lot, straight forward, easy to use. I found some links of a competitor I didn't see in ahrefs, so I guess pulling from multiple sources helps with that. I like the contact feature, where it pulls the contact info of the links. Overall solid backlink checker and easy to use.
Thanks for your review and ideas for future features we discussed via PM.
