Is it safe to use instagress 24/7 or should i let it take a break?

Personally, I think you should run it 18 hours and let is rest 6. Switch up the hours like one day have it start at 5am then the next 6am. Instagress is a pretty safe tool though.

Basically switch it up to avoid pattern? Also how many accounts is it safe to run on one dashboard?
