How are IPs and proxies made?

If proxies are your worries then you need a old trick in proxies.(( this will save you money making accounts for bots or manual))

If you rent bt in uk, you can get a proxy fresh from the router for creating accounts .

If you refresh a home land line router your get a new resedental ip address with that ip address you can create new social media accounts, this can save you thousands on proxies ...

The proxie can create 2 accounts per resedental ip , i suggest 1 account per ip but some say two accounts is safe.

Dont forget residential ip is only good to create accounts you still need proxies if you use mutilpule accounts for a bot fir any account you create ...

And if them residential accounts are uk ip address the bot proxies also need uk proxies rented...

Remeber the same ip is the ip you need to loginto the new account and setup all the bio info, it been stated if you use a lady picture it will attract more attention then a mans bio picture so it best to create a lady complete bio

A lot of people find it easer to buy accounts but you can create them to save money or sell accounts.

What a matter mate yes in uk we got a ripe that can release ip address to business .

1. How is IANA verifying that the LIR is actually a legit company? I probably cannot just send an email to IANA saying that I am starting up a ISP company and I need 100k IPs...

5. Isn't the proxy price currently "high" (especially virgin proxies) since all IPv4 addresses has been used / is in use.
6. IPv6 will have billions of virgin IPs available, why would this not reduce the price of virgin proxies?

if you wanted that many your be looking for over 100.000 per month but with a 100.000 advance and a business esatmated around million pound ..... Or funds to that value

Virgin proxy is a salesman term. It has nothing to do with any technical stuff. It's merchants way to persuade layman that virgin IP > used IP, to avoid talking about server bandwidth, uptime, response, support . All that matter is if proxy is elite / anonymous or not, is it shared or dedicated, how many people you share with , and if they are abusing them or if IP is blacklisted. Instead of thinking about virgin or not , you should think blacklisted or not .

Sure, but my theory about proxy prices being reduced once IPv6 becomes mainstream still holds. More virgin proxies equals more non blacklisted proxies on the market and therefore price should drop. Am I wrong here?

I've had the same IP for many years and it does never change even when leaving the router off for hours.

What is your point of this thread? Are you actually interested in where IPs come from, or just trying to understand how people run proxy businesses for spamming, or will IPv6 be cheaper?. You sound like you're just fishing for information that you really can't understand anyway. I'd suggest you listen to some of the earlier suggestions and do a lil studying/learning about the subject. Asking one random question after another hoping you get the right answer isn't the way to learn something.

Would it blow your mind if I told you I am genuinely equally interested in all subjects I am asking questions about? I'm not asking random questions hoping for a good answer. I'm asking questions that I find interesting and want to know more about. Maybe your brain can't handle as much as mine.
