No, it's not okay.

The line depends on the size of your account. You will see people with hundreds of thousands of followers using pics that are almost nude and getting away with it pretty easily.

While if you're a small account all it needs is one guy to report you and get you banned quickly.

On Instagram, the line depends on how big your account is, the bigger, the more you can get away it, but if you're just starting it, keep it as much low profile as you can.

I know of people who got banned for posting stuff that were half naked (g-string) So I am pretty sure, that would get you banned. -- I think it gets banned if people report it for nudity, and they prob have some OCR algorithm.
