I would highly advise against purchasing from this company. I have an open ticket that's going on 5 days now with no end in sight that I had to just tell them to close because my next auto-rebill was due today and seeing how it's been 5 days since I opened the ticket for 80% of my proxies now working. They actually flipped it to "Solved" even though not only is it not solved, but he told me he can't even fix it himself, and now hasn't responded in 3 days. Lol. I would honestly rate this place at like a 1 star because I'm not even bringing up the other downtime the last 2 months from their "upgrade" that in all reality completely ruined their service. They started out amazing, but since the beginning of June or so, it's been on and off to the point of someone starting a thread in the regular Proxies section here asking if they were still in business (I actually defended them in that thread). Also if anyone thinks I'm just flaming or BS'n you can feel free to PM me and I'll link you directly to my support ticket so you can see for yourself.

Hey Akacash, thank you for your message and feedback. We don't recognise us at all in your message but with the big userbase we've got we are the first to say that sometimes things can go wrong. I'm running support and I make sure all tickets get responded each day. This morning (Saturday morning 11 AM local time) I took care of all open tickets so to my knowledge all tickets are either solved or responded. The longest someone would have had to wait today is not more then a couple of hours and surely not a couple of days. So me or our supportsystem f*cked up. @Saly Verona Im still getting PVA request as soon as i log an account to these proxies, im still figuring out if its proxy fault or my account provider, i have burnt 200 accounts in 3 day testing whats going on.

Last 3 days i've been using its proxy with different quality FB accs and everything was okay
Today I'm just trying to login and also instantly getting PVA request (Documents verification)
Even if login to accounts which i was using for the last 3 days and it was ok - now I'm also getting instantly ban
Cant understand what the reason of that - proxy or maybe some changes in Facebook
Hey Tranza, thank you for your messages. Please use our support channels because we're not allowed to reply within this topic each day and on each post. You can reach us with Skype Id; proxymillion, email [email protected] or by opening a support ticket. We've responded to your support ticket and we've replaced your proxies. I don't know if there has been an Facebook update or not but I do know that creating / managing 200 Facebook accounts from just 50 proxies in less then a couple of days is just pushing it. We advice you to read up on some topics here at BHW where people talk about their experiences and limits.
Unfortunately not. Our private proxies only allow acces to 5 websites; Instagram, Google, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn. You could use our semi private proxies for Tumblr but those are sold out at the moment. We hope to be able to start offering new packages soon!
Hey Verona, thank you for your message. Unfortunately I don't know if there's an Facebook update. There has been a big Instagram update a couple of weeks ago so they might have expanded that to Facebook too. If you search here at Blackhatworld on things like "verification loop" you'll find a couple of topics about it.

For some reason I can't edit my post above or delete it, so I'm going to amend it with another one here. After speaking directly with Joppe in real time I would be comfortable with recommending this company to someone. He explained what the problems were, and went out of his way to try and reach out to me a couple of times as well because of our difference in time zones. Also to be fair, this was not the package that I had purchased and they have stopped offering the one I did as well, so there's literally almost zero chance anyone is going to have the kind of problem I had again going forward. The proxies I had worked fantastic when they did work as I said above, and after talking with him I am actually going to try them again in the future with the new packages/setup.
