I don't Know if BHW Know that way but now i shared this again for New mem or someone like me know that method !

Create 1 HTML file with all Link inside that and upload to your website like that .
http://yourdomain.com/all-link.html ( your link )
U Need to find big Website or Website get Indexed immediately by google . ( Like Blackhatworld ) and put your link on comment or something else ( link to html file with all link you need to indexed ) . Google Bot Will Read That And Indexed All Your Link .
If You Have Many Link need to indexed , U can use this method .
But I don't Recommend that method , because it risk for new site ( indexed many link at once times ) , but u can use it with few link .
If Your Site Too Old and Big , U can use this and don't worry about what happend .
If your Site Is New And Have many Link need to indexed , I don't Recommend indexed all link at once , if u do that , google will think u are spamer and your site will be sandboxed soon.

Can't you just submit your website via webmaster? It get's indexed within 6-12 hours for me

Hey Yes , If u Submit To Webmaster Tool , U will get indexed soon . But if you have many link ( Thousands link ) , What will you do ?
U can't submit every link because you don't have time , and if you submit your sitemap.xml to google , it need long time to indexed ( maybe 2 week , 4 week and longer ) .
So Anyway , u can use other ways u think it good

You dont have to use just a HTML file, you can do this anywhere you can post links.

You can make a web 2.0, make a post with a ton of links, get google bot to that page, and your links will be indexed.
