MassPlanner or FollowLiker ?

I'm about to take the plunge and start building some instagram accounts to promote my own brands and hopefully monetize in other ways and I need to know - MassPlanner, Followliker...or something else? Currently messing with Instagress on my personal accounts and it works but it's slow. Price isn't an issue, more worried about functionality, stability, features and support. I also plan on using Igerslike in conjunction, this is what I'm reading is a common pairing. Let me know what you guys have experienced.

Could someone possibly help me decide if I need BOTO MP and IGERSLIKE? Or if MP will do everything I need. Got an invite for igerslike also so if that would work I'd be down for that as well.

One thing I'm not sure about - is MassPlanner something I install on my Pc/VPS or is it Saas? Also, any idea how Igerslike stands up to FollowLiker or MassPlanner? They stopped offering the software to the public and is invite only and I got an invite but am am having trouble finding much specific info on it.

Massplanner & Followliker are both installed on a PC / server.

If price isn't an issue then you should go with massplanner because it has more function than FL.
As my experience, MP support is faster than FL.
