Payment gateway for non-us e-commercer

Hi BHWers, I'm currently building 5 small e-commerce sites (woocommerce) for dropshiping which I'll be promoting via my small instagram network (You could have a look at my Journey thread here on BHW), all good so far, but I'm having a hard time finding a payment processor that can accept deb/credit cards, without a merchant account/US bank account.

I'm from venezuela, where I actually own a real business, I currently have a Venezuelan paypal business account, verified with an EU VCC (no bank on it), and my personal paypal verified the same way, so I can process paypal payments with woocommerce paypal standard. but I want to catch all the possible sales, adding a card processor is a must.

I don't even know if its possible but here's what I need:
I want this processor to take my customers payments (cc) and get this funds to be used online since I don't need to cashout to any bank account, I just want the money to fund another projects and shop online on all major online shops (amazon, ebay, etc.).

I'm already checking 2co.com with payoneer prepaid card or us virtual bank. will 2co work for this? the problem seems to be the 1 account 1 website limitation.

any suggestions?
