your sample site is down, how are these hosted and whats the cost of hosting?

The cost of hosting is $40 per month. We host each site on a different IP address and have a different CDN account in between.
I apologize about the sample site being down. I'll hopefully have a new sample site up shortly.

OP was kind enough to provide a review copy for the 10 sites package. The full deal. Domain research / purchasing, website setup and hosting. I'll go over them piece by piece. But before I do this, I have to point out one thing. This service is cheap as hell. Seriously, you should expect to pay 4x as much for this exact service from some other vendors. This is awesome but you have to adjust your expectations accordingly.

OP was excellent a communication and support, he went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted.
Domains
OP was able to find 10 sites in the niche I needed with the metrics as advertised. No DA:80 sites in there but they're good enough for a PBN.
Website Setup
All of the sites come prepopulated with filler niche-relevant content and they have loads of articles scheduled so you don't have to worry about posting filler content to them. Most of the sites had a unique theme and title / description. Only 2 of them had a duplicate theme and 2 of them had a duplicate blog title.
Hosting
This is the services weakest point which is to be expected since they're providing a service at such a low price. All sites were hosted on 2 unique IPs, meaning this is a large footprint. However, this is a part you can easily fix by handling the hosting yourself. OP will happily send you all the necessary files in order to transfer the sites to a host of your own choosing.
All in all, it's a solid service considering the price and an affordable way to get your feet wet in PBNs.

Thanks for the kind review! It was a pleasure working with you and we really appreciate the comprehensive review.
To address the hosting issue, for future orders we will have much more ip diversity. Over the last week we've been in the process of developing a much larger net of ip addresses. We've recently setup our system on many more computers so we hope to be able to put everyone's domains on a different ip address.
Also we place CDNs in between the hosting and remove any files that might leak the ip address to Google. This is an extra measure that will protect your site against Google seeing your ip address.
