I want to create a discussion on following strategy. What do you guys think the best following strategy is to get a better followback ratio? I currently set FL to follow people who liked certain posts from accounts in the same niche as me. I get a decent followback ratio and of course that depends on my account and content. Sometimes I think it's best to follow the followers of an account that is not in the same exact niche as you so when people see your account, it will seem more original. Idk, what do you guys think?

My best results have come from finding influencers in my niche - but not large ones - anyone with 15K - 50K & following anyone who has commented on their posts within the past 15 minutes. I follow, like 2 photos & comment on their most recent. I get a very high follow back rate doing that.

I also don't unfollow right away. I run up to around 6,000 & stop the tool for a few weeks - then I start to unfollow. I've found doing that leads to higher retention.

That's the only strategy I've found that leads to a good follow back ratio from high quality followers.

interesting! And you do this all manually I assume?

Interesting method by Trolling, will use it.
Only other thing I would add - I try to take a good look at all of the "influencer" accounts before adding them to my scrape list. Is engagement good? Do they get a lot of comments? If not, I don't add them. I'm looking for followers who are going to engage with me - spending a little time reviewing before hand leads to better results.
