Ebay wont let me into their affiliate program

I have tried with I think 4 different emails and still nothing.
How do I get it, say I own a big site or something?
I know I could make some money with ebay. I used to be in it with cj.com and then ebay moved and now I can't get in.

Well, did you get your ebay account suspended/blocked before?

Never, we have a ebay account with almost 800 feedback just 3 or 4 negatives which were either from spiteful people who got one because they deserved one or from bad buyers. Either way we were even a powerseller for a while.
I did not chose the option to link my ebay account because I was worried if I get banned from the affiliate program I would risk losing my ebay account.

I got the denied message 4 times now. I want in! I am from the USA too.

Buy EPN account or strike a joint venture with any EPN account holder

I got my EPN account closed because I didn't use it for a month. I was trying to log in and it wouldn't let me and I contacted them and they were like, "Yeah, you haven't logged into it in like a month so we closed it down and we won't be reopening it." I was fucking pissed.

wow, that was quick? I had one I just started not long ago and it was dormant for over a month. Maybe they are getting quicker at the draw on closing accounts doing nothing

You can buy one from members that sell them if you still cant get an account approved
