Steer clear of this douche as his support is CRAP as fuck....his VCC's wont work and you will end up getting scammed. His first VCC worked for me but the remaining balance I could not use it and the next one that I purchased the same thing happened.

Everything went smooth and had no problem to verify my paypal account.
And op kindly answered all my questions.

I don't know what happened between the two,
but he's trying to mass around this thread and other potential buyer.
He pm me and saying stay away from the seller while the seller trying to solve the issue.

I'm also looking for working VCC, will buy from this OP if I see good reviews again. Only worry if my paypal get into trouble in future due to VCC reload failure.

yeah, honestly, first I didn't want to buy here.
but I just gave it a shot since it was just $7 and other vcc sellers not responding.

I verified in one minute, so nothing to complain so far,
will surely update anything happens.
