I want to create a PBN , need expert advice from senior members about:

1. Can i purchase brand new domains or should i go with expired ones with some PA | DA and other metrics?

2. Where can i purchase cheap vps | hosting | cloud for wordpress , which is better for my network, if i have 20 websites at start?

3. if my niche is "abc" should i purchase domains like theabc.com, abctoday.com etc or i can change the domains for supporting sites (from where i will be getting links)?

4. shoud i block the htaccess etc after developing PBN?

5. when should i start linking to my money site? and the links should be inside articles | footer | sidebar etc? and links must be naked or with main keyword or mixture of both?

6. what should be article size and how many articles should be there on each site?

have other questions too but need solid answers from experts about these first.
Thanks.

1. The whole point of a PBN is passing link juice so you want expired domains with good metrics

2. You do not need VPS hosting for PBN's. What you need is a wide variety of shared hosting unique ips to protect your network

3. Exact match domains do not matter that much anymore. They are nice but not worth specifically searching for.

4. Absolutely, unless you want your competitors to find your PBN.

5. There is no set time. All you need to do is make it look natural. Mix it up between blog posts, header kinks, and footer links. Mix up your content word count, and make sure to link out to authority websites as well.

6. Again, everything needs to look natural. A real site doesn't have every article at 500 words. Mix it up and your PBN will survive for a very long time.

Source: I've built over 80 sites that still haven't been touched after 1 and a half year (for me and my clients)

Thanks a lot for detailed reply sir, can you suggest me something more before i start my PBN?

Please note I am not here to spoonfeed you.

There are a lot of different providers on the BHW marketplace which are suitable for your needs. In addition I find Namecheap and Hostgator shared hosting to be cheap and reliable as well.

Thanks again sir. sorry to say but if asking something from experts or seniors is spoon feeding then no one can become expert at all.

Let me define what spoonfeeding is (in my eyes). I'm more than willing to provide info as long as you don't ask really generic questions that have been asked many times before.

There are so many threads on which host should I choose that you could've just searched it up.

Please don't take any offense from this... I say this to inform you

The 1st questions clearly indicate that you do NOT understand anything about PBN
You want to use PBN because you want to utilize the established backlinks strength (so it does NOT make sense purchasing a brand new domain). And please do not focus on the domains' metric (DA, PA, TF, CF); as long as the backlink profile is strong enough, you will be able to rank for everything.

There are a few really detailed threads on here that can answer your questions. Use the search !
