Massplanner not liking anymore?

I have been using MP for 20+ accounts for more than month. It is following and unfollowing properly, but likes are stuck at 0 with red !

Anyone know whats up? It says The user has not liked post when I hover over red !

Go in to tools, & then the likes tool for that account. Stop it & then watch the blue bar underneath "Dahsboard" when you restart the tool. If there's an error, you should see it there. You should also see any errors in Dashboard / Summary.

If you don't see any errors then it's your settings... assuming you can still like manually on IG & aren't blocked.

MP unfortunately bugs out like this for many people at times. What I do is uninstall and reinstall and it works as it's supposed to, but with many accounts and a lot of manual settings that's easier said than done. Very rarely will you get real support from the MP people except for the usual "your fault".

If I am not mistaken, if I uninstall I will have to set up everything again? That would take me at least 6 hours...

Same error on mine as well, the warning reads as: * -

Also worth pointing out, my IG follower count is not updated and it thinks I've hit my follow limit but I'm at ~6200, counter does not change even though I've unfollowed beyond that, it thinks I'm at 7800 or something beyond.

Ahhh... they snuck that in the most recent update!

Go to tools -> Like -> Settings & look towards the bottom. There's a new setting "Keep a maximum of xxx likes". I think by default it's set to 500. Change that to 0 to disable. It's probably not liking anything because it's running through the unlike routine. I'm not sure why they added that?

Nice find. Why the hell did they add unlike posts feature, and why the hell they set it to 500 default is really mystery to me.

Changing it to 0 (disabling it) stil forces 1 and 2 for the amount to unlike, and the error still remains... not sure what the deal is.

Maybe @coitza has an answer?
