Downloading Web 2.0 Sites

Hey there,

got a new question and would really appreciate it if you could help me.
So I need to download the whole content of web 2.0 sites. Well, is that relevant for google? When Im Re-registrating an account, does google give a shit the whole content is deleted or not? Does this affect on the trust of my site? Or can I just go for some new posts and then link my shit together?
