The name of web-based, instagress like, software?

I remember reading here about the web based instagram software similar to instagress that was developed by some BHW member. I think it has all the features like instagress, but that it's a bit cheaper. I'm trying to find it for the last two hours but no luck.
Does anyone know what's this software (i.e. website) called?
It's quite possible that this is all my imaginatin, but I think I genuinely read about it somewhere
