1) Web 2.0s: Nicely created with relevant pictures and readable content.

2) EDU Links: All Edu profile links with one coming from Harvard. Good addition to my site.

3) Blog Comments Links: Niche relevant to my money site, no follow links.

4) Profile Links: Some with good domains

Overall, I think OP has a good package for a diversified link building package. If you want this service to be even more effective, be sure to ask OP to include your money keywords in the higher authoritative domains, and generic keywords in the less authoritative domains.
