When did YOU first monetize your IG account?

How did you monetize your account? How big were you? Were you successful?

Interested in this as well. As my big account has like 40 followers and 4 post. I am going to do some real damage. LOL

Started monetizing my account before at 8k with Fiverr and shoutcart, earned only a total of 200$ with one 1 account. But then Fiverr removed my gig and very rarely getting sales on shoutcart. My account is curently at 21k, planning to use amazon affiliates on it .

Just in the IG game for fun, but these are my monetized accounts. I have additional accounts to support these two when they grow bigger, and also have a third niche which I have some ideas how to monetized when I think they are good enough for it.

1) Monetized at 10k, advertisement of local products and services in return for cash, products, services.
2) Monetized at 25k, yearly contracted product advertisement in return for cash.

Online shops and shoutouts. Monetized them at 5-10k targeted followers. Pretty good CR and ROI.

You read it accurately the first timr, I'm monetizing the accounts.

I've build my accounts to a position where local and domestic businesses starts to follow my accounts. This is when I start to monetize. They started showing interest by following me, so I just write them directly on Instagram and tell them how they can benefit from a collaboration with me.

I started around when I had 15k. Now at 80k, made around 150$ in total, in a span of 2 months. I really am having trouble monetizing.
