Question about VPN and footprints

I've been looking at this for the past few hours but can't seem to find a suitable response to my question!! Essentially, I am a n00b when it comes to IP addresses, and am just being ultra cautious when it comes to this because I want to reduce my trial and error to a minimum

If I use a premium (or non-premium) VPN to register an email and a domain with that email (and fake whois info generated by FNG), would that not leave a footprint for The Big G, as I am registering multiple domains and emails on the IP of the VPN Server? If this is the case, would diversification be more applicable through using different IP from different Proxies/VPNs constantly for each new email/domain? If the latter is the case, would I then not have to save the Proxies/VPNs that I used for domain x,y,z and then re-use the same ones for domains x,y,z?

If you go the diversification route it's enough to save the location you connected from (country/city). If the VPN service is randomizing IP's at every restart then most likely chances are small to catch the same IP you used in a previous session. Logging from the same location should be sufficient.
The one thing you should be cautious when using a vpn is the WebRTC leak that can cause leak of your original IP.

Why on this earth would you use a VPN to register domains mate?
How the hell is google gonna know you registered a domain from a certain IP address?
You are fine with registering all of them with your ISP's ip address and it won't leave a footprint. You are overthinking.

May I ask then, if registering domains wouldn't require a VPN, then creating backlinks from sites in PBN also wouldn't require VPN, correct?
That means VPN is primarily useful for creating multiple accounts on social networking sites?

You are absolutely right. You only need different ip addresses to create different accounts on a social/web2.0 platform because they don't allow multiple account creation.

With your PBN, you are fine with posting , puking, shitting on your domains
