LOL please don't use any self proclaimed "SEO Companies". SEO is expensive and the only "real" companies are ones who charge multiple thousands a month who know what they are doing. Most of them, including boostability, will destroy your site in the long run.

You need to first identify what you exactly need.

1. Do you need an on-page analysis and full on optimization redo?

2. Do you need proper toxic backlink removal or disavow submission for your backlinks?
