I have NOT had a good experience with this company.
- Asked for a 1000w article with specific information i needed.
- Had to reach out after 10 days about the article (made sure to check my spam first). 3 hours later i received the article (meaning they had just started writing it)
- Didn't follow ANY of the specs I gave them. None. I promptly replied back asking for them to fix the article. They stated they would fix and resend back to me.
- 8 days later, no response, no article, nothing (made sure to check spam again). I requested a refund.
- Another day after I requested the refund, I was told that they didn't do refunds and that he had fixed my article.
- I read over the article and AGAIN he did not fix the article correctly.
Overall, i'm out time and money. I see everyone else having good reviews, which is great, but i did not have a good experience with them and they did not acknowledge my review to even say sorry.
I do NOT recommend.
