I heard and read that they are extremely flexible when it comes to refunds and leaving customers on a good note. Contact them again at support. They are no fraudsters!

I think you are confused, our get now page ( http://www.massplanner.com/get-now/ ) clearly gives 3 options, subscription, direct/one time payment and CC payment , so I really have no idea what confusion you see there or pre-subscription... It's easy to throw words around, it's not necessarily true.
As for canceling the subscription, it's your prerogative , you probably did not understand how to use the software, but well, again it's up to you. Refunds are not automatically sent when you cancel, you need to contact our support and ask there, writing here doesn't help either - contact support and if you are within the 5 days you'll get your refund no questions asked.
Indeed we are, he's just dreaming i guess ,no other way of putting it...
Sorry mate, no discounts available, there never were as the prices are quite low already.

Sorry to say, but you probably don't know how to read because everything is explained in detail, as for the pricing model we've explained it several times throughout the thread, instead of selling it for $30 or more per month for all features, we made it cheaper for everyone at $10 and if anyone needs extra features they can get it separately, if you don't like it, no problem, feel free to build your own in zenno poster as you say.
As with automatically withdrawing money when you cancel, that's not how paypal works, we have no control over that, so that is completely made up... anyway, won't continue this conversation until you pm me your email that you used to register so I verify you really are a client and what exactly happened or just making things up.

Ok, so got the pm from you, just an update for everybody to know what happened exactly..
- registered on 23.7.2016
- did not cancel the paypal subscription so got billed on 28.7.2016 ( learn how paypal works please, we have no control over it, you either close the subscription or don't)
next:
- on 28.7.2016 posted 1st time in the tread some trash talk ( did not even contact our support to ask for a refund or anything else)
- on 28.7.2016 posted second time in the thread, more trash talk ( again did not contact support for a refund). - i did tell him to contact our support for a refund
- on 29.7.2016 his first mail to our support for a refund
- on 29.7.2016 another trash post on the tread, 30 minutes after he asked for the refund, did not even wait for a reply.
anyway, processed you refund, please learn how to be behave online, simply asking for it instead of making all this useless fuss would have been a lot less time consuming for everybody with better results for all.
And good luck with your zenno poster template, after this episode we decided to create a ban list, sorry to say, but some people just don't deserve to use our software

Go ahead, there's a 5 days free trial, you cand find social accounts suppliers in the marketplaces, not sure if there's anything different for german ones though...

Hi there,
Really enjoying your software thus far (granted, I have only been using it two days).
I am looking to have MP randomly post one of my 80+ existing blog posts on my website via RSS to FB, Pinterest, and Twitter a couple of times throughout the day. Getting the campaign functioning and posting to those three sources hasn't been a problem, but I seem to be having trouble getting my older blog posts (seems only last 60 days are showing?) to appear in the Posts Lists.
It would be great to be able to repost some of my older content so my newer followers can read it

You do not know how to work with clients. Perhaps your software is not bad, I can not say because I have not had a chance to try it, but the pricing model is awful.
I canceled the subscription, but it did not work, and that's your biggest problem. Of course, I was a little lost my temper after lost my money. Sorry.
Well, I apologized and is ready try your software again. And if I like it, I can do you a great PR on many resources.

Glad to hear that and also glad to have you with us.
As for your problem, it can only get what the rss feed is showing. Usually most feeds will only show the last 10 items/posts from the blog. If you can increase the number of items shown on the rss feeds it will take older posts as well, otherwise, there's no way of picking them automatically, you'll have to manually add them

Hi Coitza. I wonder whether mass planner can send friend requests to a certain group of people. You mentioned that the 10$/month is the "basic" package and 30$/month would be with all the possible options included. I spent a bit of time on the site and could not find out the itemized costs for the extra features. Can you please send me the links?

you can extract people and send them friend requets using the contact module, it's a one time payment of $15, it's also included in the instagram edition which is $16.95 / month, not sure where you got the $30 /month option as we don't have anything like that. Once you create you trial account you'll be able to see all prices for the extra modules, they vary a lot depending on how many you get at the same time, you can get a discount of up to 40%
we have extensive pages with most of the features on the site, so please check that first, if you still have question post here on the thread as it might help other people as well.

Yes, you can use spyntax in all text fields in Mass Planner.

Has anyone else had the problem that every box on "Edit Profile" is empty after I filled out everything? Also my accounts don't synchronize. (Instagram)
