I think that RankerX is the best option. I have multiple keywords get ranking TOP on youtube with medium/easy keywords in this software.

Vlad & Stoica had a software that did that very well , but now it does not work any more . VideoBlaster was called I think.
As CliftoFB said , you can rank videos " manually "
