Domain quality help with metrics

Recently i was looking for a domain for a specific niche, is my first time im getting an expired domain and this domain was exactly what i was looking for so even if it had spam score i took it.

I dont know if is a good idea to use it since i dont understand allot of the metrics thats why i wanted help in this part.

An answer about if this domain can be used would be awesome guys

the domain is exactly what im looking for and the metrics are pretty good i think but that spam score confuses me alot :/

Sorry about that as i said its first time im getting an expiried domain.

I dont know if this can help i think no but i dont know if wise to post more info about the domain in public post 3 of my sites are down due to to pure spam (that issue that alot of blackhat site got deindexed by google)

also is possible to check if this domain is affected by that google deindex?

Is it expensive? If not, then the only way to find out how bad it is, is to buy it, add some test content and see if it comes back to the SERPs.

Those metrics from Moz and such services can't tell you the real stuff.

Thanks mate i didnt think about that i got this domain allready my only problem is that i dont know if is indexed or is affected by the last google update (pure spam)
and i that spam score has any negative side effects.

Moz spam score is not a very accurate metric to judge the spam quality of a website. By the number of backlinks and the domains authority is does look like a good domain.

However, its difficult to really tell the spam level without going through the link profile of the domain in detail.
Go to archive.org and check the previous versions of the website to find out if it was previously used as a PBN domain, or was spammed with chinesese, japanses stuff.

Use majestic or ahrefs to check if the anchor profile is clean.

All the above due deligence is still not enough to determine if domain is good, it however reduces the probability of it being spammed or penalized.

Lastly, but the domain, host it and see if it gets indexed.

I bought it for 10$ it was expiried, something else that troubles me a guy told me that:
"Use console and be ready to say bye to site"
my site is gaming hack niche and im thinking to add a protected pass zip file and let users download it from mediafire.
is really dangerous to use google console? can i rank without it?

Google console im referring to webmaster tools.

You were misinformed. Google already tracks all the impressions and clicks and CTR and everything for every website. It asks you to verify your website for webmaster tools access is because only the website owner is entitled to see all the information google collect about the website.


Adding the website to webmasters tools doesn't do anything different nor does it attract any unwanted attention from google. Only thing that you won't want to happen is google knowing that you happen to be the owner of a bunch of different sites. Happens when you add multiple sites to a single webmaster account.

Alright, after a quick analysis on your website this is what i conclude:

1) In the industry, if you are able to grab an expired site that has a lot of searches for a profitable keyword with awesome metrics for $10 without having to bid in an auction, 99.99% the site is penalized and useless.

2) On the top of everything, this one is a game hack expired domain. The owner would not have let it expire at any cost if it was ranking and making money. So we can deduce the sitet was penalized and he let it expire. You are not going to rank it no matter how many links you make.

3) At one of the crawlers recent crawl it sat at positions near hundred for some long tail keywords. WIth that many backlinks, it should have been atleast between 5-10 on the first page. Deduction- The site got penalized.

4) Signs of GSA's spam found. Another sign it would have been penalized.

5) Extreme anchor optimization (48% for one keyword) . Another sign of getting hit.

My suggestion will be not to use it either as money site or as a part of your PBN. I doubt it will even get indexed. If it does it will never rank.

Hello sir no offense but i know few facts about seo (i want to think so) i managed to get 3 sites on high competition niches without invest and earn good money for a while (50-100/day) meaby for some are not much but for me is perfect the problem is that when i earn those money then i rest and stop working from now on i will keep going on.

I just wanted some pro's opinion.
