This is a good and informative blog entry. But it's quite worthless for everyone who is just starting a new account. To get followers on a new account you need pure raw force of liking & following, there is no way around it.

These "free accessible" articles talk about good content, filters, beautiful descriptions. But they mean nothing, if they aren't seen be the audience. And in the beginnings you have no follower base. So these tips are for accounts 50k+ to grow followers organicly.

Sure, I did, but it's still a girly blog entry. Similar to other 500 "Instagram Secrets" out there.

your content and how you post photos is only a small part of how to be successful on instagram. thats only a small part of the article. check out the last half.

what you are saying is wrong. i dont care if you like the article or not. its funny that you mentioned its missing certain things but the things you mentioned are covered in the article. you didnt read it.

don't fault the encyclopedia for one entry and say its not in-depth enough.

definitely not. there are actionable tips for accounts at ALL stages on how to scrape and climb your way into followers.
the article is long and covers everything. but everything is covered.

You absolutely do NOT need to follow and like others post to grow an account. Thousands of people grow new accounts every day without blackhat methods. The people botting and posting on Blackhatworld is a minority of Instagram page owners.

I would actually argue that your content is very important to your growth and engagement.
Would you care to elaborate more on why you believe posting is a small part of finding success on Instagram?

absolutely content is huge. probly the biggest factor.
but content alone wont NECESSARILY land you followers. you need eyes.
