I use all of them to monetize, of course, only one method per website. Most of my sites, say around 2/3rd are on adsense and rest on amazon/cpa. I decide on the monetization method depending upon the niche. If I am optimizing for "buy" keywords then I use amazon. If the site is kinda a "content site" then I use adsense.

So finally my keyword has settled at the top of the second page. I just made another order with Sristy, based on the solid results I am seeing. This one is on a different page. The page is bouncing between ~20 and ~60 for some time, and is #46 at this moment. I shall come back to this thread and report the results on this page.
