I have seen multiple people posting about slow turn around time. One guy said he had been waiting 6 months!

What is the average turn around time for 6 sites? I wouldn't want to wait any more than a month. I might as well create the sites myself if it's going to take that long, so please be honest.

1 - Where I can buy bulk domains and if the domains must be ".com" in order to rank
2 - What hosting companies you recommend for the sites.
3 - What activities I should carry to follow up with the SEO plan
4 - Is the strategy a short-term edge or I can invest into it if I am serious and looking to expand the growth?
5 - How many sites I would require to start averaging 1K or more per month.
