HI,

Can i open multiple paypal accounts and then transfer the money in one main account which is linked to my bank account. Is it legal and does it violate any TOS of paypal.
And i mean different paypal accounts not different emails linked to one paypal account.

Any help is appreciated.

You are allowed to have 1 business / 1 premier account. Maybe i'm wrong.

.

It's against PP TOS .....

2.2 Personal, Premier and Business Accounts. We offer three different types of Accounts: Personal, Premier and Business Accounts. You may only hold one Personal Account and either one Premier or one Business Account. By opening a Premier or Business Account and accepting the terms as outlined in this Agreement, you attest that you are not establishing the Account primarily for personal, family, or household purposes.
So the answer is TWO.

You could do it with like different family/friends, etc with different SSN and I'D, etc

before you can send a paypal balance to another paypal account, you need to be bank account verified, or receive a debit card
hard to do if you are already setup with one :)

It's my understanding that you can have as many PayPal accounts as you want, so long as each one is linked to a different bank account.

i have several pp accounts..just use different cc..no problem whatsoever so far. you can get vcc here for just $7.

im sorry, google isnt doing me much good, can you elaborate on what VCC is? and where to find it here? thanks!

You can have as many as Paypal account and access from same IP, as long as they have different name, credit card/bank details. confirmed with Paypal. However, you should not try to misuse their TOS to receive money from personal account and transfer it to your business account, etc. If you did so all your accounts will be limited.

so in theory, the best way is to set up new accounts using your family members bank accounts. (with their agreement of course)
