Do not buy! Bought a Storage VPS for 10$-10% (9$) using a VPN and paying with bitcoin. My service was ticketed as "fraud" and the invoice as paid, but wait where is my money? Opened a ticket, some people answered me but wait you're account is not existing anymore you can't login. Shitty service, if you need a storage buy a Contabo VPS or a Kimsufi.

You ordered via proxies with fake address and failed our fraud check. That's why the order was cancelled and refunded. We answered you on the ticket already, payment was refunded, Bitpay normally processes it within 24 hours. Please look elsewhere.

I cannot see the ticket, my account is banned or not active. My privacy is very important for me, this is why i use a vpn and fake infos.

Check your email please, there should be a copy of the ticket via email. It has been 8 hours now so you will receive your refund within 12 hours as Bitpay normally process refund at the end of the day.
 
The client service is very poor.
I bought a vps and got a refund (High risk they said, because my paypal email is not the same email I used to register in the website)
the staff didn't bother fixing the issue despite I explained..
PS : refund didn't come.

No down time at all, and able to transfer massive amount of data a month without any issue(about 20TB U+D). The only drawback atm, is the lack of SSD servers with you guys, it would be awesome if you guys get servers with 2x240GB SSD and 2x480GB SSD options in the France and Netherlands locations

hello I'm interested to buy some budget vps of your hosting the $5 one but I'm using a VPN and someone here is complaining about being categorized as a fraud may I know how I can avoid that? I can't use internet without the bundle VPN I'm using now ,it is somewhat hack/illegal net broadband .
