it's not about how longer your old account or fresh new one.. or using proxy either. facebook will always suspended your payment account if you don't have much activity on facebook or your browser recently. you need so much activity on your account as much as you can. And if you want to buy the accounts facebook for ads, better to buy the accounts with the cookies. you can contact facebook to reactive your payment account as long as you verify your identity anyway.

I've been active on facebook ads for 5 years.. so far if you want to put cc or vcc safely you can create a business manager account facebook. put in there and you can create a new business ads account 2 max per facebook account.

you can create account from there..

i have 50 facebook accounts, i need use for facebook ads

I do it this way:

I will do activity, upload photos, comment, likes, add friends, before starting the campaign

but, when i add a new credit card i receive this message

"Your advertising account has recently been identified because of unusual activity. For safety reasons, any ongoing ads will be suspended until you confirm your account information by contacting Facebook. "

i use virtual box for each facebook account whit unique mac adress
i use proxy hma

who i can resolve this problem??
