I bought this service about a month ago for a site that is about 8 months old now and is targeting several hundred KWs. For the service I had the opportunity to use just 5 KWs so I chose 5 that would give me the best return on investment as to revenue should they rank. One KW is very competitive and the others are not the hardest ones I am targeting but are not the easiest either.
@BigBuddy nor any of his staff knew it was me and I prefer to have it that way when I buy something here on BHW as I test a lot of services that way to learn what others are doing and to be able to take that knowledge in order to twist and implement it myself should what is provided work well.
Proof it was an anonymous full price purchase and they gave me no special treatment:

The site was created the end of last year and I've done some soft SEO to it but nothing aggressive and has about 140 pages of unique content on it that I wrote myself and is in a medium level competition niche. The results from this service over the past month are pretty good considering I did nothing since the day they started on it.
2 of the 5 KWs moved into the low 30's right away. One from nowhere and the other was ranking at 49 when they started. 1 of the Kws moved from nowhere to 47 and the other 2 have not yet moved although one of them is very competitive. Considering that this has only been one month and I've done very little to the site thus far as to off site SEO, and nothing at all but this service for the past month, I'm pretty pleased with the results thus far.
The report is a very nice report presented in an excel sheet format with tabs showing the links created with each tab a different link type and a ton of diversity along with a very nice varied anchor text percentage.
Although I did not need much in terms of support an account manager who was polite and professional was assigned to me and he asked a few questions via Skype to make sure that we were on the same page. The content they generated was all decent and took about 10 days to be written from the time I ordered which makes sense to me as I'd rather it take a little longer than shorter to get a better quality piece written.
Links are drip fed in so you are not getting a jillion links all at once and it gives you a fairly level link velocity which I prefer and how I treat my sites as well.
Now to the price.
I bought the 267.00 package and for some reason it came out at 267.30... I have no idea why and I could care less about .30 USD as, even someone as cheap as me knows, you can't do anything with that.
But for 267.00 I got well past my money's worth as the work that is done is not something that you can easily do yourself and probably not something you would want to do yourself. In fact, many people can't do some of what comes with that package so you would have to buy that from someone anyway.
As usual, BB and his staff did an excellent job and I'm impressed as I usually am when I buy his services.
