Hmm. This doesn't sound good...I hate to say it, but my experience with this seller is trying my patience.

EDIT: This seller has made me several promises that my order would be completed very soon. I've been told twice now in "72 hours" and "We are updating your site now" and "Your site will be live in a few hours."

I would like to point out that the seller has not made any changes to the wordpress he asked me to install nor has he uploaded anything. As far as I can tell, this seller has not even logged into the site.

I am not happy with this service at all.

When I trying to upload theme getting an error. I forward to our developer and solve this issue. That's why little bit delay.
I really apologize for the delay.

So, in one months time, you tried uploading a theme, received an error, thus "a little delay." I'd would have rather you just said that my site fell through the cracks and that you will have it to me in 24 hours. Instead, you create a completely unbelievable line of BS...treating me like an ass. That's not going to fly with me. Refund me within 24 hours please.

I can confirm that the site is now live. I am sorry if I got impatient. After hearing several times that it was going to be finished that day kinda made me skeptical. Can I suggest keeping your clients aware of any setbacks in the future? I would have liked that.

I withdraw my negative feedback for the provider. He did email me and posted on this thread. The email hit my spam folder. We are working to make the site live, and I will update the thread with a review. Thanks
